Last updated: 7 January 2026These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 10littlethings mobile application and any related services we provide (together, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.If you do not agree, do not use the App.1) Who we are“10littlethings”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to the operator of the 10littlethings App (Western Australia, Australia).
Support: [email protected]2) The App is for adultsThe App provides activity ideas for parents, guardians, carers, educators, grandparents and other adults supporting children aged 1–5. The App is not intended for children to use by themselves.3) No professional adviceContent in the App is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, health, nutritional, legal, or professional advice. Always use your judgement and seek professional advice where appropriate (for example, allergies, dietary needs, medical conditions, developmental needs, or safety concerns).4) Safety, supervision and your responsibilityYou are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for your child, your environment, and your circumstances.Active adult supervision is required for activities involving (or that could involve) food/cooking/eating, water, outdoors, climbing/movement, tools, heat, small parts, choking hazards, chemicals, or any potentially risky materials or situations.If an activity is set up for more independent play, you are still responsible for ensuring the environment is safe and appropriate, and for supervising as needed.You must follow all safety guidance included in the App and take additional precautions based on your child’s age, abilities, and health needs.To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from participation in activities suggested in the App.5) Subscriptions and purchases (Free vs Premium)The App may offer a free experience and a Premium subscription (for example, free access to a limited number of daily activities and Premium access to all daily activities and features).Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple In-App Purchase.Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple’s terms.You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.Prices may vary by region and may change in accordance with App Store rules.We do not control Apple’s billing systems and cannot issue refunds contrary to Apple’s policies.6) Acceptable useYou agree not to:Use the App unlawfully or in a way that interferes with others’ useAttempt to access admin features or systems you are not authorised to accessReverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its infrastructureUpload content that is illegal, unsafe, abusive, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriateWe may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse or breach of these Terms.7) User photos and the Gallery (uploads + moderation)The App may allow you to upload photos relating to activities to a Gallery (“User Content”).Faceless platform requirement:Do not upload photos that include a child’s face or any other identifiable personal images of children.Any faces shown in the App will be limited to the 10littlethings team or AI-generated images.Moderation and removal:All uploaded photos are subject to review by an administrator before appearing in the Gallery.We may approve or reject any upload in our discretion.Uploads that contain faces (especially children), inappropriate content, or violate these Terms may be rejected and deleted.Your responsibilities for uploads:
By uploading any User Content, you confirm that:You own the content or have permission to upload it; andYou have obtained all necessary consents from anyone who appears in the content (where relevant); andThe upload does not breach any law or anyone’s rights.Licence to use your uploaded content:If your photo is approved, you grant 10littlethings a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content within the App (and for App promotional previews that show the Gallery as a feature), solely for operating and promoting the App. You can request removal at any time by emailing [email protected]8) Intellectual propertyAll App content, features, branding, design, text, icons, and materials (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to 10littlethings and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without our permission.9) Availability and changesWe may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App (including features and content) at any time. Activity ideas may repeat over time; the App is designed to provide fresh daily inspiration and may resurface ideas seasonally or across years.10) Third-party servicesThe App may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, analytics, and payment processing (for example, Apple for purchases). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.11) Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:We provide the App “as is” and do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.We are not liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damages arising from your use of the App or participation in activities suggested in the App.Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.12) IndemnityYou agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms, including unlawful or inappropriate uploads.13) Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.14) ContactQuestions or requests: [email protected]
